The family-owned business has joined other family specialty meat brands and is spreading the traditions not only in Tennessee and Kentucky but throughout the United States. 731-642-9740 STAFF ACCOUNTANT The Staff Accountant will provide accounting and clerical assistance to the Clifty business unit accounting department. Primarily assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Physical Setting/Normal Schedule: Office-Paris, TN/Monday-Friday Tasks: • Enter recurring financial data in database • Responsible for inputting weekly invoices for payment • Reviewing invoices for proper sales and use tax compliance • Maintain/Reconcile/Review Employee Purchasing Card transactions • Manage customer accounts receivables including posting daily deposits, running credits, inquiries into customer payment disputes and reconciling ledger balances. • Maintain files as needed within department Required Skills: • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications • General Accounting Knowledge and Math Skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Preferred: 4+ Years of Previous Accounting/Business-related Experience Forward resume to: hr@cliftyfarm.com
